In brief, classes start in a lying or seated posture with body awareness and breathing exercises. This then takes us into the movement practice which integrates with the breath, followed by further breathing and body awareness techniques, completing with time in relaxation and stillness.

Hatha Yoga – The Basic Practice

  • A dynamic and integrated practice of traditional Yoga Asana (Body), Vinyasa (Movement), Pranayama (Breath), Prana (Energy), Pratyahara (Attention) & Dharana (Focus)
  • Uniting the parts of ourselves back together into a feeling of wholeness.
  • The pace of this class is for those with some experience in Yoga or confident in their moving body.
